  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return authorization request or contact our support team directly.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and ensure all accessories, manuals, and cables are included in the box.

  Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid SHEEPDOG shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will perform a diagnostic check to verify the device condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
